c6300 suddenly suffering packet loss and slow download

I have the Netgear c6300    i have cox 300 mbps down, 15 up.   for a long time ive gotten my full speed.    all of the sudden im getting very high packet loss and like 20 mbps.   cox ...

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch...then log in to the modems web page and check log information.
