What's the wireless security set on your C6300?
Will it be the same if there's no wireless security enabled on the NETGEAR gateway (C6300)?
Check the settings as well if you have MAC Address filtering enabled in the admin page of the C6300.
What's the current firmware version installed on your C6300? How did you downgrade the firmware on your C6300?
I am having the same problem with my galaxy Note5.

no security settings enabled except wpa2-psk password.

Can you describe further on what happens when you download?
it says Can't download app "Realtor.com" can't be downloaded. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting. (Error code:495)
