C6300 up and downstream blinking not internet
Modem/Router is less than a year old. Has been working great until yesterday. It won't connect to the internet and the upstream and downstream lights are blinking green. The internet light is not on and neither are the Ethernet or USB lights.
I tried unplugging, replugging, and resetting. Our internet provider has been contacted and is not the problem.
Any suggestions on a solution?

Hello TmaraRahim
Have you held the reset button for 10+ seconds this will do a factory reset on the unit.
