C6300 upstream Issue

  Currently my upstream light is Amber color.  It was not like that untill less than a week or two ago.   Tryed talking to comcast/xfinity  and they say it is not there issue.  I can surf the net ...

Only 1 upstream channel is locked you may have to ask for higher tech support at comcast that will be able to help you lock onto more upstream channels.

    and once again comshaft claims thats its the modem
