C6300 WiFi Suddenly Stopped Working. Started Working as wired after changing Router Mode to No

I am using C6300 for last 3 years as both Modem and Router.  Suddenly no WiFi is working.  After going thru regular restart / power recycle steps (also recommended by Spectrum), not working.  I randomly disabled Router Mode from Yes to No and connected old router.  Then I am able to connect WiFi thru the old router.   What would it take to to have C6300 work as modem and router as before?  No setting changed in last several months.

    What do the lights on the thing show?

     

    Any chance that someone has pressed the wifi on/off button?

      Lights are all on.  Even the status in admin page says wifi is on.  But surely it is not connecting.  I was few feet away when it was working and suddenly it stopped working.
