C6300 will not provision to upgraded speeds from my isp “Spectrum”

Netgear C6300 modem/router

firmware V2.01.22

Isp states they are pushing correct bin file.....but speeds will not provision from 100mbps to the new 200mbps

any information on this issue will greatly be appreciated.

    c6300 should easily work with 200 Mbps on spectrum.

    they need to send the right kind of config file to make it work.
