C6300 wired reaches 300 mbpsm wi-fi reaches 187 mbps using COX.
I am not sure what you are telling me to change or check. I have not found where I need to change the 200/mb10mb to 300/mb30/mb.

I had COX put me back to 150 mbps and my modem is doing 168 mbps and back to being a happy camper.
Sounds like a wifi speed compatibility issue between the modem and your devices. Not all wireless devices can speed test at 300mpbs. Most devices max out at 500mbps, however again depending on devices and Mfr design of the device.
