C6300 Wireless stops working

My C6300 firmware v2.01.18 using Windows 10 and 8.1 same problem with all computers, no matter location, wireless stops working, drops out or doesn't work after a factory reset or reboot. Sometimes it works just fine and then stops and goes away. Thanks for any advice.

    Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the modem?

      Yes I have tried that but sometimes it just shows as 0 in the wireless settings. When that happens you can't change it. Thanks.

    Mine is doiong the same thing.  I tried changing the channnels, disabaling one of the radios.  It sometimes works if I hard boot it.  Support is not very good for this product.
