C6300BD

I keep getting this error when I try to log in to my router settings:  "NETGEAR router is not found or not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the guest network of the router, and no IPV6 is enabled."

I am not on the guest network and IPV6 is not enabled.  I also cannot log into www.routerlogin.net,  I get a DNS error.  I was ablt to get into both of these and then all of the sudden I can't.  ANY SUGGESTIONS?  I did an Ipconfig/flush DNS and it did not work.  I am running 8.1, router firmware is 2.4.20 and the router is a C6300BD

  • Skiles2003, I unfortunately do not have an answer, but have the Exact same problem. Same router and getting the same error message: (router not found...IPV6 is not enabled) I see you posted this 4 days ago how long does it normally take to get some help or an answer ? Well if you have figured it out by now let me know what to do thanks.

Have you guys tried to use 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 to see if that works or use the default gateway address?
