C6300v2 2.4 GHz network is not available

my cable modem model is C6300v2. the problem is that only 5G MHz network is shown as available to connet the WIFI, but to2.4 MHz network isnot available shown.

it syart happenning 2 days ago. i have some devices that only work with 2.4MHz

    what have you done to try and fix it? 

    Reboot? 

    Factory reset? 

    disable/enable wifi ssid? 

    turn wifi on/off on the hardwired button?
