C6300v2 has lots of critical errors

Hi Just bought a new C6300v2/AC1750 3 days ago.  It has a lot of critical errors already.  Here is an example.  Should I return this modem?  It's only 3 days old and already has issues. Thanks. Ba...

    SOLVED.  It wasn't the new Netgear modem/router.  It was Spectrum.  They came out on Friday and ran a new line from the pole to my house and got rid of all the splitters in the box outside and it's working perfectly. Not a single error in 2 days.
