C6300V2 I cant connect my printer or camara to the router because they use 2.4ghz
Hello! My router doesnt let me connect my printer or camara to the computer using wifi, I can use the 2.4ghz. How can I separed the 5g from it? thanks
Disable Smart Connect on the modem?
How do I do it? I press the two bottoms and nothing happen besides stop the internet.
You'll need to log into the modems web page and under Basic Tab/Wireless the may be a feature option for Smart Connect check box. Uncheck this box then you can configure the WiFi for separate SSID between 2.4 and 5Ghz.
