C6300V2 NOT CONNECTING TO ALL DEVICES

So right now my google nest mini and google hub are connected to wifi, none of my firesticks or tv's are picking up wifi. I have tried to connect to 2.4 or 5G and neither one will connect on my firesticks or tvs.

on my computer that is hooked up to the modem, it will not bring up the routerlogin.net or 192.168.0.1 gives me an error message. so im not able to give any information of what firmaware i have installed

How long have you had the c6300?

Is it a new purchase?

Any special characters/spaces in the ssid or password? (if so remove them)
