C6300v2 Wired connection, no wifi.
Hi there! Recently we've come into an issue with the C6300v2 modem/router combo. Currently, it seems that the router part of the device isn't working, as no devices can detect or connect to our WiFi....

We have reset the power, connected with our ISP to update the firmware, and even factory reset the device to no avail. Looking through old forum posts it looks like other people have experienced this issue as well. Would love to hear if there's an answer I just haven't found.

If Ethernet connected devices are able to access the internet, the router part is working fine. If you cannot see the Wi-Fi SSID to connect devices through wireless, there is a chance you have manually turned off the Wi-Fi from the front panel. If the Wi-Fi has been manually turned off, neither a power on/off cycle or factory reset will change the state.
There is a Wi-Fi on/off button and LED indicator on the front panel. Is this LED illuminated?
