C6900 7 upstream channels unlocked
My cable modem/router is less than 2 mos. old. Recently it's slowed down quite a bit, and shows that 7 of my upstream channels are unlocked. I'm looking for possible causes and solutions. Thanks.
Something to have your ISP review with you to see if there is any issues.
Be sure ISP checks signal line quality and levels up to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters inbetween the modem and ISP service box.
