C6900 Comcast PS4 Blinking Upstream channel

So Comcast updated their system and my C6900 with current Firmware keeps crashing when I play games on the Playstation 4.  The game starts I play for about 30sec-1min and then the game crashes and my upstream channel light starts blinking. I reset router and it repeats. I factory reset and it repreats. Port forwarding has been done for the PS$.

    I would contact the ISP and have them check there logs and see what is happening. Since they made the change, they need to ensure there network is working with out causing problems to customers connected modems. Especially if it had been working prior to this update they did.
