C6900 randomly resets to factory defaults

I have a C6900 router. Seemingly at random, it will reset to factory defaults. Internet will go down and redirect to routerlogin.com. I can restore my backed up settings just fine. I tried manually setting everything up again as well but in either case, it keeps occuring. It seems like something is wrong with the hardware. This is extremely frustrating as I rely on my network connection for work. Can I please get some assistance?

Model #: C6900

Firmware version 1.01.34

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Make sure the ISP isn't sending out any reset commands from there side.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.

So I would do this, factory reset the modem yourself. Set up from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.

After the modem is online and setup correctly, go in and save off a backup configuration to file. Under Advanced Tab/Administration/Backup

Keep this file for safe keeping.
