C6900 reverting to default wifi usernames and passwords

Hi,

In the 6 weeks i have owned my C6900 it has suddenly reverted the wifi user/passwords from what I had changed to factory defaults.

I set this up for my son and he gives me all kinds of grief when this happens. 

Any ideas??

    How many times as it happened? 

    The only time I've seen it consistently happen was when the ISP updates the firmware

      First of all, thanks for the super prompt reply.

      It has happed twice, the ISP is Comcast Xfinity. As I am on vacation away from home I myself have not looked at the screens. Where exactly can I tell him to find the firmware number?

        the firmware isn't user changable. 

        And it could the something else causing it. 

        You can get a screen snip of the event logs and the cable connections page and post it here to check the connection
