C6900 upstream light blinking
Hello, the upstream light is blinking, is that normal? If not, how to fix it. thank you!

here's how to get the event logs:
Check your cable and make sure there isn't any splitters. Technically your power levels are in spec and you don't have errors but you're borderline and the upstream might have more resistance causing it to not lock enough channels.

Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Front Panel.
.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

When its blinking on upstream/downstream, its searching for a channel to lock and either not finding one or only finding one.
You'll want to check your line.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
You can post a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs and we can give you a rough idea of the cable connection.

Thank you for helping me!
I don’t have any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters. I connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home.
please see below and let me know if you can see any problem:Upstream Bonded Channels (Partial Service)
