have you tried doing a hardware reset of the device? Hold reset button on the back for 7-10 seconds. Then reset the device from factory settings.
I inserted the paper clip but there was no visible indication of a factory reset. No lights turning on and off. Is this expected behavior? Also, how does one reset from factory settings.
Yes, if you insert a paper clip, you should feel a small click from pushing the button. It shouldn't take much pressure to do so. Hold the button until the lights change/start blinking.
I guess it is faulty then, because it will not reset. I felt a small click from pushing the button. It didn't take much pressure to do so. The lights dont change/start blinking even after 30 seconds.
are you able to access it from a hardwired connection?
