what IP are you pinging? are you losing Pings on wired on wireless?

I'm ping the routers LAN IP (192.168.1.1) along with 8.8.8.8 (google public DNS) - this wired. 3 different people using 3 different computers on the same router and we're all disconnected at exactly the same time.
Both pings drop simultaniously. and come back a few seconds later, almost always lose exactly 4.
