C7000-100NAS Unlocked downstream and upstream channels ( w/ screenshot)
Hi! So, I have spectrum internet (100mbps+ plan) and I have been receiving slow speeds, in the 20’s. I checked cable connection and I see I have some unlocked channels. What can I do to fix this?

Your isp sets the # of channels they want locked by how they provision the modem. But from looking at your connections picture, you're line has issues. You're power is low and you've got problems on channels 14,15,16.
Start with this.
1. remove any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators from the line.
2. If possible, move the C7000 to right where the coax enters the home. This prevents the line within the home causing the issues.
3. If its not possible, inspect the line for damage, kinks (bent) spots, wear, bad connectors, loose connectors, water in the line, etc
4. If you direct connect it and are still getting those readings, you need to get your isp to inspect your line.
