C7000 AC 1900
Had to factory default my C7000. Typed in the 192.168 address to get into configure. It takes me immediately into changing password for admin, Set a new password, answer security questions, add in...
make sure you meet the minimum requirements for the password.
I use
1. upper case letter
2. lower case letter
3. special character
4. number
5. at least 10 characters. (might not need 10 but that's what I use)
