You're downstream power levels are a little on the high side and your upstream is on the low side. upstream you usually want 35dbmv and you're right there but if the signal drops, you'd be low. And you've a few errors in your signal but nothing crazy.
Here's where I'd start.
If there's any amplifiers, attenuators, splitters in the coax line, remove them. Use it for a while and see how it runs. And then run this same screen shot again.
