C7000 bridged with r7800 problems renewing isp dhcp

You're downstream power levels are a little on the high side and your upstream is on the low side. upstream you usually want 35dbmv and you're right there but if the signal drops, you'd be low. And you've a few errors in your signal but nothing crazy.
Here's where I'd start.
If there's any amplifiers, attenuators, splitters in the coax line, remove them. Use it for a while and see how it runs. And then run this same screen shot again.
- It was connected on a splitter in the past and was having the same problem but currently connected directly to the wow line that comes through the wall.
- Connected directly with latest firmware on c7000 and on r7800. So, am I just looking at hardware issue on the isp end? Numbers are still looking same
Is it causing issues? i re-read back through and it didn't state exactly what it was causing.
If you're having drops, I'd have the isp check the line
