C7000 brige mode dont show ip getaway

for uknow reason when i put c7000 in brige mode dont show me the ip to enter to the modem wtf

and the modem sometimes dont detect the ip  i call the prodiver they say everthing is fine  i reset the modem factory default some times detect it.     and  some times not sucks 

need to start reseting the modem untill the modem get the ip  this is my second c7000 modem 

i am starting getting disoppointed with netgear 

i think the problem are the software firmware  netgear are doing ,i recoment you make a new modern  software to prevent all this and software corruption ect
