C7000 Channel lock issue only 2 of 4 downstream channels show as "locked"

I'm also have a similar issue with the downstream LED on my unit blinking. Which means it's continuously scanning for a downstream channel. I've had my C7000 since Dec of 2015 and this problem started yesterday.
