MDDCGLLC not sure what you're going for here. Just tossing in the firmware/hardware model of if you need help. If you need help, I'd recommend starting your own thread.

Today our Comcast 100 mbs service has had unacceptable download speeds running from 0.25 mbs to 60.93 mbs off and on all day. Comcast technical support blames a Netgear C7000V2 compatibility issue. To determine if there was indeed a compatibility issue, the Netgear “Contact Us” form was used. However the submission was rejected because our July 2019 Netgear modem was out of warranty. Netgear's solution was to get an answer to the compatibility question using the Netgear Community forum. However, Netgear has yet to substantively respond to any of the numerous posts complaining about this Comcast-Netgear compatibility issue. Thus, Comcast's assertions must have merit. As a result, Netgear will be removed from our list of approved vendors due firstly to Netgear's unacceptable non-responsiveness to its customers and secondly because its products are apparently an unreliable investment.

Someting you'll need to contact NG support about. Forums can only do some troubleshoot, give some suggestions and some information. Most mode problems are between the ISP service and the modem. IF he modem is faulty then thats something NG will need to address. You'll need to find something that works for you else where.
Good Luck.
