Having the same problem. Netgear just replied "Based on the product registration, your device is already out of 90-day complimentary support." :catmad:

 

Netgear, great support! Will NEVER buy any of your products again!

When you say drop off the network are you meaning the wireless drops off or the whole modem loses internet? If it just the wireless have you tried to adjust the wireless channel that the modem is using?

    Darren,

    Just wireless. This issue is described by many customers in the community. Some are very detailed.

    I don't know what you mean by adjusting the channel.

    I'm a consumer, not a network engineer and I expect that my modem/router would work nicely out of the box as it's the same device.

     

    If you have any specific suggestions, please share.

      Did you take a look at the syslog? May have some clue. Router needs some basic know-how to get most out of it.
