C7000 into bridge mode
I've been trying for two hours here. I see exactly HOW to put it in bridge mode, but I can't seem to log onto the NETGEAR genie or see WHERE on the Netgear Genie I do this bridge mode.
I have an EERO mesh wifi system and think I had an issue with the NAT so now I'm trying to put the C7000 in bridge mode and I am absolutely not qualified to be doing this but have to try so I can get logged on and work from home in this snow storm. Please help. I've tried looking into the manual, I've tried contacting my ISP, I have no support for the C7000 and my IT can't connect to my PC.

For Modem only mode(bridged) look for Router mode under Advanced Tab/Advanced settings on the modems web page. Here you should see Yes or No? Yes is for router mode. No is for Modem only mode.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems (C and CM series) products:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Any progress on this?
