C7000 Keeps reverting to factory settings
As the title states, I've had this router setup & successfully running for over a year, but during that time it has reset itself to the factory defaults. The most recent time (two days ago) though, has left it in a state where i cannot get it to hold my configuration for more than a few minutes without it resetting to defaults. Needless to say, default options are not desirable from a security perspective.
ISP: SPECTRUM (TWC)
FW: v1.01.15
Other issues, which may or may not be related:
1. Intermittent internet disconnects
2. Occasional 2G & 5G drop out/unavailable

You may want to try another factory reset and let the modem sit of 10-20 mins for it to link back up with the ISP. It could of been when you reset the modem you started to change settings to quick and the modem was trying to update firmware and something corrupted.
