C7000 Nighthawk upstream light always blinking
My wifi connection is very slow. The third light ((upstream) is always blinking. I am wonderin if this is the problem?

Blinking green. The modem router is scanning for an upstream channel.
The router can not lock on a upstream channel you may want to check your connections and talk to the ISP see if they can troubleshoot the issue.
