C7000 Requires daily reboot

My C7000 (Cable modem, router combo) seems to require a daily reboot to continue passing LAN traffic.

I have the following symptoms:

XBox 360 is unable to communicate with my desktop (Media Center), after reboot it's fine for a day or so. XBox is connected via an 8 port desktop switch (does not require reboot), Desktop is connected directly to one of the 4 ports on the C7000.

To me this seems like MAC Address table corruption, likely caused by a memory issue on the hardware.

I spoke with Netgear support who were less helpful than Google... They stated that it's a Cable Provider issue (Comcast), despite me explaining that the traffic issue i'm having is LAN to LAN, not LAN to WAN. Spoke with Comcast, who stated that all power and snr values were just about as perfect as they can get.

What do I have to do to get Netgear to honor the 1 year warranty on this device? It seems like pulling teeth.
