I have blacklisted via routerlogin.net: playboy.com and pornhub.com, yet they are not being blocked. parental controls show enabled.

just to confirm, are you using LIVE PARENTAL CONTROLS or BLOCK SITE feature?

BLOCK SITE will not block HTTPS domains.

If you are using LIVE PARENTAL CONTROL, Please make sure you are using OpenDNS DNS servers in the C7000 DNS GUI, and you have not changed the DNS servers on your laptops/cellphones.
