Internet light keeps flashing, spectrum says it's a router issue. Modem is 4 months old. NETGEAR tech support wants to charge me to reconfigure the modem, unbelievable. Does anyone know how to reconfi...

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and logs? 

Please take that and post them back here. 

Also, if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in line, remove them.
