C7000

when I try to connect to router through routerlogin.net or .com or the IP address it sends to me to the password reset page.  How can I access my config panel?

    Be sure to clear out ALL browser caches before entering the modems web page. 

    Try a different browser, MS Edge, Firefox or Opera.

    Also, when you reset the password, you have to hit minimum requirements or it'll keep taking you to the reset page. 

    Minimum requirements:

    10 characters. 

    AT least 1 of each of the following:

    upper case character

    lower case character

    special character

    number.
