C7000v2 – Can only access password reset page

I want to access my router's admin page, but only the password reset page is loading. If I reset my password, I just land on the same page again in an endless loop. I saw in a previous discussion that the solution to this problem is resetting the device manually. I did so, the device reset to its original name and password, and I went through the steps to reconnect it to the Internet.

After all that, I can only access the password reset page. Any ideas?
