C7000v2 – Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router Frequent disconnection issues

My isp is comcast and they say my modem is registered and it's nothing on their end but i keep frequently disconnecting and rennecting to the internet I've tried factory reseting and rebooting my mod...

      Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. 
      Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
      Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 

      Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

        How do I find the DOCSIS Event Logs and the Cable Connection power values?

        I'll glady post them for you. As this problem occured suddenly so I personally have no idea how to go about diagnosting this.
