My isp is comcast and they say my modem is registered and it's nothing on their end but i keep frequently disconnecting and rennecting to the internet I've tried factory reseting and rebooting my mod...

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Lets see i'll ask about that spefically from my isp, I've alreayd tired having them help me with the problem tho. There are no splinters the calbe is directly in my modem and my ethernet is the only other cable hooked up to the modem. As for how many neighbors I have with wi fi seems like 4-5, judging by wi fi connections I have when i do turn on my wi fi.
