Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, even though I'm connected to the router, it won't allow me to connect to 192.168.100.1 on either desktop or mobile. I also tried to connect to the router using the Nighthawk app, but I'm always receiving an "Issues connecting with NETGEAR12" message.
