c7000v2 - Slow Internet speed (Cable & Wifi both)

I have upgraded my internet speed from 100mbps to 600mbps. After upgrade internet speed is 2.4GHz (60mbps), 5GHz(160mbps), Wired connection speed (95mbps). After speaking with ISP, technician visited the place. He replaced netgear modem with ISP owned (rental) modem which gave me 610mbps speed (5GHz), Wired connection speed (95mbps). I am not sure how come the wired connection speed is always lower then Wifi connection ? I tried speaking with netgear support however the warranty already expired (11/2021). My TV is connected with LAN cable and I am not able to use high speed inspite of being paid for that service. I dont have any other issue with netgear modem at this moment. Firmware version is v1.03.03. let me know if anything else can be done. Appreciate your support in advance. Thank you, Parry.

If both the c7000 and the router that the ISP replaced it with are getting 95mbps hardwired, it makes me think the device you're testing wired speeds with isn't connecting at gigabit speeds. I'd replace the cable or test with a different device.

Also, most tv's don't have gigabit ports. Most are only 10/100mbps ports because they don't need gigabit speeds. 4k streaming only takes 25-40mbps.

In terms of the 5ghz, the c7000 you might gets 250-300mbps if your device (phone/tablet/laptop) can support those speeeds. Those are usually what the bottleneck is. If you haven't, try factory resetting the c7000. Sometimes old settings can cause slow downs. After the reset, test the speeds in its default configuration (without changing anything)
