i guess I'm curious as to why you're using 2 modems.

Either rent spectrums router for ridiculous monthly charge or get my own - which I did with the nighthawk. Worked fine for about 6 months, till recent issue.

so you're not using the other modem? Just the c7000?
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the modem event logs?

Happens at exact same time every night.
2) On the setup - the spectrum TM602G is used for Telephone service - coax from wall is split (commscope SV-2G splitter) to this modem alogn with power and phone line .
& Netgear nighthawk for internet is connected to coax/power. Then WIFI to laptops, etc.
Previously I had seperate Netgear router and separate netgear modem - in JUne of 2020 - I replaced these 2 with the Netgear Nighthawk C7000V2 combo - no issues for about 8 months , only the last month or so - at exactly 12:15AM - I get this eve
