your upstream only has 1 locked channel. and its running high. Meaning its taking almost maximum power to communicate back to the ISP.
Sure there's no signal attenuators in the line?
Or splitters?

Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs from the modem?
Check your link for kinks, damage, old/bad/loose/cheap connectors and replace them.
remove any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators from the line.
also, if you can, move the modem to right where the coax enters the home and connect there.
See if it works.
Xfinity's first response is always "its not our line". Even if it is.

Sweet, I moved it to another spot and it seems to work but the upload is still orange.
I'm getting 30mb down and 15mg upload on a speed test. This is on wifi.
My ISP is supposed to give 600mb down.

you got the logs but not the event logs.
And the cable connections page shows upstream/downstrea/snr/errors/etc. not the other page you snipped
