your upstream only has 1 locked channel. and its running high. Meaning its taking almost maximum power to communicate back to the ISP.
Sure there's no signal attenuators in the line?
Or splitters?

Sweet, I moved it to another spot and it seems to work but the upload is still orange.
I'm getting 30mb down and 15mg upload on a speed test. This is on wifi.
My ISP is supposed to give 600mb down.

you got the logs but not the event logs.
And the cable connections page shows upstream/downstrea/snr/errors/etc. not the other page you snipped

Still don't have the cable connections page but your logs have a bunch of t3/t4 errors. Tends to indicale line/signal issues.
Check the line for kinks, damage, old/bad/cheap/corroded connections. Remove splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators from the line.
