Can you post a capture of the Event Log?
Have you powered OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
- Complete reset an hour ago. Nothing much in the log. Unplug and wait has been attempted 10 times at the request of the ISP and my wife.
Maybe 3 other networks in the neighborhood that are detected. Never an issue in the past. - Here's the log. Not much there.
