C7000V2 Acting up

I am able to connect to the router but have no internet access. Router admin indicates no problems. ISP is able to do a remote reset, but can't offer a solution beyond "unplug it and wait" Factory re...

There is a log item called Event Log...this differs from the admin log you posted...

      You have criticals seen the even log that the ISP needs to resolve.

        Based on the signal strength looking good as before mentioned, what additional condition do you believe could be present that could be the culprit?
