C7000v2, Android, wi fi signal stopped

Question

Have had this modem/router for about a year with no problems.&nbsp; Today while watching TV the picture stopped transmitting.&nbsp; Tried to reconnect via Roku and could not find a wi-fi signal.&nbsp; Unplugged and plugged power to the router and all lights come back on, and then 2.4 Ghz, 5.0 Ghz, WPS, and Wi-Fi lights turn off.&nbsp; All other indicators are solid green.&nbsp; Also did a reset, all lights come on, downstream, upstream, internet blink for awhile then go solid, all other indicators except ethernet&nbsp; go dark.&nbsp; Thanks for any help.

Do wired devices work?&nbsp;
Did the wifi on/off button get hit? Push and hold it for 2-3 seconds.&nbsp;

I am not sure if I have any wired devices.&nbsp; The printer is wireless, which is not working at this time, and the internet is working.&nbsp; I pressed the wi-fi button but nothing happened.

You pushed and held it for at least 2 seconds? Not just clicked it?&nbsp;

Try a hardwired device to see if the c7000 is still working and if you can access the gui

Yes, I have held the wi-fi button for more than 2 seconds.&nbsp; What would be an example of a hardwired device? I know what GUI stands for, but not sure what you mean about accessing the GUI?.&nbsp; What could possibly have the modem/router suddenly stop working while sending a signal?&nbsp; Could it be possible that the modem/router is going out?&nbsp; I appreciate your help with this, and have to confess that I am mildly literate with hardware and apps, so my questions may seem elemental.

hardwired just means a device connected via ethernet. You can log into the router through the browser and check the ssid (wireless name) settings and to see if they're enabled
