C7000v2 as an access point
I have c7000v2 in the basement that doesn't reach far. I have another coax port upstairs but no ethernet ports. Can I use another c7000v2 and configure it in access point mode so it works seamlessly w...
Even if you set it up in access point mode (which is doesn't have), you wouldn't be able to connect through the coax in the upstairs.
Have you tried centrally locating your current modem?
Or looked into getting a wireless extender? I'm a fan of the tribands because of their dedicated backhaul.
Hmm I'm looking at an access point option and when click it all of the local wifis show up.
What are you actually clicking on? The C7000 doesn't have an access point mode
