C7000v2 Blocking Sites via hosts

Is it possible to refer to blocking sites via a hosts file, instead of going to Advanced > Security > Blocked Sites?

And where could/would this file need to be located?

After 1 added around 20 keywords manually on the site there seems to be a bug, which either does not show me anymore the blocked sites or just stopped to work. At least the interface seems to be buggy and an administration via a file would be super helpful.
