c7000v2 Cant connect to wifi

I had an internet outage yesterday and now the internet is back but I cannot access wifi on any device. I have the Netgear C7000v2. I've already tried unplugging the device for several minutes, replugging the coax cable, restarting the modem from my internet provider, and restarting the wifi radios. My desktop is connected to the router via ethernet and I am able to access internet just fine. All of the LED's are on as solid lights, including the wifi, 2.4GHz, and 5GHz. But my devices are not able to find the networks at all when searching for wifi.
